I had a great experience ordering flowers in the US for delivery in Korea. I selected a bouquet that could not be arranged in the exact colors shown. I had forgotten it was Chuseuk when I ordered. They texted and called me via WhatsApp to confirm it was okay to use different colors. They also followed up with delivery and sent a photo after. The arrangement was beautiful.
