You can cancel your order for any reason before it reaches "Being prepared" status. In this case, you will receive a full refund.
If the order has moved further into the preparation or delivery process, cancellation options may be more limited. Eligible items may still be returned according to the return rules below and our current Terms & Conditions.
What Items Can Be Returned?
Most items are eligible for return, with the exception of certain categories. The following types of goods are not eligible for return:
- food products of proper quality;
- balloons;
- perfumes and cosmetics;
- goods and flowers of proper quality;
- items with individual characteristics of proper quality, such as engraved or custom-made products.

Can I Return a Flower Arrangement or Bouquet?
Flower arrangements and bouquets are generally considered non-refundable because flowers are perishable and delicate.
However, if you are not satisfied with the flowers you received, MyGlobalFlowers offers the option to request a replacement.

When Can You Request a Bouquet Replacement?
You may reach out to request a bouquet replacement if:
- the flowers arrived damaged, wilted, or not as fresh as expected;
- a delivery problem seriously impacted your order.
You may also request a review if the bouquet arrived too late for the occasion to make the intended impression, especially if timing details were specified in the order comments.
To help us complete your delivery without issues, please make sure the recipient's name, phone number, and address are accurate. Incorrect or incomplete details can cause delays and may affect available replacement, return, or refund options.
How the Bouquet Replacement Process Works

- 02 We review your request Our team reviews the order details, delivery information, customer feedback, and the photo or other supporting materials submitted.
- 03 We confirm the available solution Depending on the situation and our current Terms & Conditions, we may offer a replacement bouquet, redelivery, or another suitable resolution.
- 04 We arrange the resolution If a replacement or redelivery is approved, we will arrange it based on the confirmed delivery details. In some cases, we may contact the sender or recipient to confirm the best delivery option.
Refunds and Other Resolution Options
If you would rather not receive a replacement bouquet, we will review your order and let you know what options may be available under our current Terms & Conditions.
If a refund is approved, MyGlobalFlowers may ask you to complete a refund form and send it to [email protected]. Approved refunds are processed in line with our current Terms & Conditions. The time for the refunded amount to reach the original payment method may vary depending on the issuing bank or payment provider.
