Bouquet 'Ice cream'

Whenever I shop for funeral flowers, I never know where to find them; they weren’t listed under Occasions. I picked an appropriate bouquet, but at checkout it required the recipient's phone number (he has died and I don't know the funeral home's number - I live in the U.S. and am sending flowers to Lithuania). There was no place to sign the card, which I was expecting, and suddenly the order went through. The flowers were delivered without a sympathy card. It all turned out fine, but I was concerned. Not very user friendly in my view. But thank you - you always do a wonderful job!

Prompt response to my email. My order shipped even though I missed the confirmation email. Great service.

The Teddy Bear looked less cute in real life than the photo provided... but everything else is perfect. Great customer experience.
