very excellent service. I am in Thailand while my partner is having business trip in Brazil. I have the issue of delivery due to the hotel wont allow to place the item if the receiver is not at the hotel. First delivery came to the hotel about noon but was rejectted by the hotel so i asked through the chat and the email if they could contact and resend again in the evening. The chat is very useful , also team send me the email to follow up my order and delivery. im happy with the service.
