I was really happy with the flowers, the delivery, and the customer support - the bouquet looked even better than on the website! However, I found the website a bit confusing. When ordering flowers and chocolates together for my mum’s birthday, I didn’t realise they would come from different shops and be delivered separately. The website gives the impression that items in one order will arrive as a single gift. In my case, the chocolates arrived first and the flowers later with the card. Everything else was lovely - just a small suggestion for clearer communication on the website. 😊
